VIABILITY, Inc. is seeking a part-time Van Driver in Springfield, MA to transport members to work and day programs. The role pays $22.00 per hour and offers about 25 hours per week, typically Monday through Friday with morning and afternoon shifts.

A $500 sign-on bonus is available ($250 after one week of training and $250 after 90 days). Required: high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license for at least 3 years with a clean record, and pre-employment DOT physical, drug screening,

• Valid driver’s license for at least 3 years with a clean driving record.
• Pre-employment DOT physical, drug screening, criminal background check, fingerprinting, and driver history record.

Responsibilities

• Provide transportation to Viability members with disabilities to enable them to attend work and day programs.
• Ensure the vehicle is safe and in operational condition.
• Complete required paperwork and related documentation.
• Demonstrate courtesy and respect to passengers and other customers.
