Job summary

HarmonyCares is seeking a Value-based Staff Physician to deliver in-home primary care to a geriatric, high-acuity patient panel. The role is part-time, 24 hours per week, with a Monday, Tuesday and Friday schedule in Renton, WA.

The position emphasizes value-based care within a physician-driven, team-based model. A valid medical license and DEA are required, as is EMR experience; generous benefits accompany a supportive work culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in geriatrics or complex patients preferred.
• Active/unrestricted medical license and DEA.
• Board certification or board eligibility.
• EMR experience.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• The Physician delivers primary health care and patient care management in a residential setting.
• Provide in-home primary care to high-acuity geriatric patients, coordinating with a supportive team.
