Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative in New Braunfels, TX. The CSR will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, billing questions, and service requests across multiple channels.

The role requires accuracy, multitasking, and a customer-focused attitude in a fast-paced environment. Training in-office from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. may last up to 6 months; typical shifts are 3–4 hours per day.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Strong data entry and 10-key skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced utility environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, timely customer support across channels.
• Explain billing, service charges, and account activity.
• Process service requests (connects, disconnects, transfers).
• Research and resolve customer inquiries and discrepancies.
