Job summary

Carbon Health Eatontown, New Jersey, is seeking a Part Time Urgent Care Clinician (PA/NP) to provide patient-centered care within a supportive, high-performing team.

You’ll diagnose and treat urgent care conditions, order tests, perform lacerations, I&Ds, and splints, and work with peers across the network. Compensation includes a 2% 401(k) match, a weekend differential of 6.1%, and productivity bonuses up to 28% of base pay. CarbyOS AI‑powered EHR assists with documentation and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Physician Assistant: Medical/Master’s degree with a valid state license and national certification.
• Nurse Practitioner: RN license, NP certification, and a valid state license.
• DOT Certification and BLS certification required before start.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for urgent care conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests (x-rays, labs, EKGs).
• Perform urgent care procedures (laceration repair, I&Ds, splint applications).
• Collaborate with peers and specialists to enhance patient outcomes.
• Triage and manage patients to maintain a 4–5 per hour workflow.
