Job summary

Carbon Health is hiring a part-time Urgent Care Clinician (PA/NP) in New Jersey. You will join a national network and provide patient-centered urgent care alongside a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• PA: Medical/Master’s degree with a valid state license and national certification.
• NP: RN license, NP certification, and a valid state license.
• DOT certification must be obtained before start date and Carbon will cover course/fees.
• BLS certification required before first day.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for urgent care conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests (x-rays, labs, EKGs).
• Perform urgent care procedures (laceration repair, I&Ds, splinting).
• Triage and manage 4–5 patients per hour.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors for patient outcomes.
