Job summary

Champions Social Club is seeking a Service Assistant to join our Food & Beverage team in a part-time capacity. You will function as a Service Assistant, Barback, and Busser, supporting Servers, Bartenders, and the Front of House team to deliver an elevated experience for our members and guests.

The role requires 18+ with a HS diploma, flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays, and certifications (TABC/Food Handler). We offer competitive pay, PTO, and benefits in a refined Dallas setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• TABC and Food Handler certifications are required or must be obtained prior to your first day of employment.
• Flexibility with scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
• Experience in upscale restaurant, private club, hotel, or high-volume venue is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Servers and Bartenders to ensure efficient, seamless member experience.
• Set up, maintain, and break down dining and bar areas before, during, and after service.
• Prepare and reset tables with appropriate tableware, utensils, and glassware.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables between courses and after guest departure.
• Assist with running food, delivering bread, water, and other guest needs.
• Deliver items quickly, accurately, and professionally while maintaining presentation standards.
• Monitor dining room and anticipate member needs without disrupting the experience.
• Restock bar and service areas with liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, and glassware.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of FOH spaces and dining areas.
