Champions Social Club in North Dallas is seeking a Service Assistant to join our Food & Beverage team. This role also covers barback and busser duties, assisting servers, bartenders, and front-of-house staff to deliver seamless, elevated experiences for members and guests.

The ideal candidate is energetic, guest-focused, and able to move with urgency during peak periods. Part-time, approximately 15–25 hours per week, with evenings, weekends, and holidays required; training provided and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• TABC and Food Handler certifications are required or must be obtained prior to your first day.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, overnight shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Previous barback/restaurant/hospitality experience in upscale environments is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support servers and bartenders to ensure a seamless, memorable member experience.
• Set up, maintain, and reset dining areas, service stations, and bar areas.
• Prepare and reset tables with appropriate tableware and glassware.
• Clear, clean, sanitize, and reset tables between courses and after guests depart.
• Deliver food and beverages quickly and professionally while maintaining presentation standards.
• Monitor the dining room and anticipate guest needs during high-volume periods.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of Front of House spaces.
• Communicate guest requests to the appropriate Server or Supervisor.
