• Completion of required compliance and First Mid training curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Create a quality service experience by ensuring timely resolution to customer needs.
• Abide by service standards and greet customers to make them feel welcome.
• Process transactions with accuracy and efficiency within policy guidelines (deposits, withdrawals, payments, etc.).
• Maintain cash drawer with daily balancing and assist branch operations.
• Open and/or change accounts per customer requests and comply with policies.
