Job summary

Y-12 Credit Union in Pineville, KY is seeking a full-time Member Services Specialist to support daily banking and lending functions.

Responsibilities

• Assist branch in meeting monthly performance standards.
• Interview members and process loan applications for all types of consumer loans.
• Conduct member account functions and cross-sell products to meet sales goals.
• Assist with opening/closing accounts and resolve issues within authority.
• Receive, verify cash and other monetary transactions; balance daily activity.
• Maintain regular attendance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.
