Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience within retail banking or similar environment.
• Demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to assist in basic account openings and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Assist in basic account opening for existing customer
• Provide service delivery to customers to resolve account service issues
• Execute financial transactions in accordance with bank policies and procedures
• Refer opportunities to segment partners where appropriate
• Create sales opportunities from service transactions and resolve complaints promptly
• Support branch sales/service activities through events and campaigns
• Adhere to controls and regulatory procedures to safeguard assets
• Assess risk in business decisions and escalate control issues with transparency
