Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Previous Retail Banking or similar experience required.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with basic account openings for existing customers.
• Provide service delivery to resolve account service issues.
• Execute financial transactions per bank policies and procedures.
• Refer opportunities to segment partners where appropriate.
• Create sales opportunities from service transactions and address customer issues promptly.
• Support sales/service activities in the branch (seminars, micromarketing, campaigns).
• Adhere to operational controls to protect customer and bank assets.
• Elevate and report control issues with transparency and compliance.
