Job summary

Citi in Selden, New York is seeking a Part-Time Universal Banker (20 hours) to assist in sales, products and service delivery as part of the customer service team. Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Previous Retail Banking or similar experience required
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist in basic account opening for existing customers
• Provide service delivery to resolve account issues
• Execute financial transactions in accordance with bank policies
• Refer opportunities to segment partners where appropriate
• Create sales opportunities from service transactions and resolve customer complaints/issues promptly
• Support sales/service activities within the branch by participating in seminars and campaigns
• Adhere to operational controls to ensure safety and compliance
• Escalate and report control issues with transparency
