Job summary

Empire State Bank is seeking a part-time Service Associate (Universal Banker) to float between our Staten Island banking centers, delivering a positive customer experience and building relationships through understanding needs and recommending products and services.

You will open accounts, process transactions, and educate customers on Online Banking, Mobile Banking, ATMs, and technology at service stations.

Qualifications

• This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of banking experience is required.
• You must be able to sit, stand and/or walk for an extend period and lift boxes up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Float between Staten Island banking centers and create a positive customer experience.
• Develop and deepen customer relationships by understanding needs and recommending products and services.
• Open accounts, process transactions, and present products while educating customers on Online Banking, Mobile Banking, ATMs and technology at service stations.
