Job summary

Qualifications

• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in basic account opening for existing customer.
• Provide service delivery to resolve account service issues.
• Execute financial transactions in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
• Refer opportunities to segment partners where appropriate.
• Create sales opportunities from service transactions and resolve complaints.
• Support sales/service activities within the branch through events and campaigns.
• Adhere to controls to ensure safety and security of customer and bank assets.
• Assess risk in business decisions and escalate control issues with transparency.
