Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years old for armed roles.

• Armed guard license may be required by state laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and the public by following security procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of facilities, grounds, access points, and perimeter areas to deter incidents.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, professional manner per site procedures.
• Monitor access and document visitor activity and shift information as required.
• Maintain readiness and comply with licensing and post procedures.
