Qualifications

• Familiarity with using a computer or tablet.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws and may be required.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees and the public while following site-specific security procedures.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns and emergencies in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity; report unusual conditions as required.
• Prepare accurate daily activity reports and communicate information during shift changes.
