Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Unarmed Patrol Reporting Security Officer in Ellenwood, GA. You will provide customer service, perform patrols, and monitor access to deter incidents while representing a caring and reliable security culture.

Role requires strong communication, a professional appearance, and the ability to work a schedule that includes day, evening, and weekend shifts. Training and growth opportunities are available through our platform.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.
• X-ray screening experience, preferred.
• Customer service experience, preferred.
• Loss prevention experience, preferred.
• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and personnel by following site procedures and emergency responses.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access by verifying credentials and observing traffic; report irregularities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies; notify site contacts and emergency services as directed.
• Document patrols, incidents, and security-related activities through reports and logs.
