Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Loss Prevention Patrol in Ellenwood, GA. The role offers flexible, reliable hours with a fixed shift and opportunities to pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform.

Pay rate is $16.33 per hour. The position emphasizes customer service, access control, and proactive patrols across distribution centers while maintaining safety and compliance with post orders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of armed security experience, law enforcement, or military experience.
• Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• X-ray screening experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or delivery drivers while carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of distribution areas, parking lots, trailer yards, entry points, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe inbound and outbound vehicle, package, and personnel activity in accordance with established post orders.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders as directed.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and security-related concerns to Allied Universal leadership and client representatives.
