Qualifications

• Minimum one year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions.
• Age requirements: 21+ for most positions, 18+ for unarmed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and the public while following site procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
• Respond to incidents in a calm, professional manner following post orders and escalation procedures.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear reports and maintain logs related to patrols and incidents.
