Allied Universal in Seattle, WA is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer (Unarmed Patrol) to safeguard clients and maintain a safe environment at a technology-focused office location. You will perform security procedures, monitor access points, and respond to incidents with calm, professional judgment.

The role requires at least two years of security experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license for driving positions.

Qualifications

Two years of security-related experience minimum.
CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
Access control and badge experience preferred.
Comfort with using a computer or tablet.
Customer service experience preferred.
Must be 18+ for unarmed roles (21+ if armed).
Background check and drug screening required by law.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a technology-focused office location.
Respond to incidents and access concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols of office spaces, entry points, common areas, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points and observe visitor and employee activity for adherence to site-specific access protocols.
Complete required reports, maintain accurate activity logs, and communicate observations or incidents to Allied Universal leadership and client representatives.
