Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a technology-focused office location.
Respond to incidents and access concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols of office spaces and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points and observe activity for adherence to protocols.
Complete required reports and maintain accurate activity logs.
