Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer (Unarmed) in Shepherdsville, KY to deter incidents, monitor access points, and provide courteous service at client sites in the Tech/Media/Telecom sectors.

You will follow site procedures, respond to incidents, perform regular patrols, and document observations for leadership. CPR is preferred, and a background check and drug screen are required where permitted by law.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of security-related experience.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while following site procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and document observations for leadership.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of assigned areas and monitor entrances and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and deter unauthorized entry according to site requirements.
• Complete required reports and maintain accurate activity logs.
