Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer (Unarmed Patrol) in Shepherdsville, KY. You will perform routine patrols, maintain a visible presence, and support a professional environment through strong communication and customer service.

This role focuses on protecting clients across tech-related locations and other facilities. The position requires at least 1 year of security experience, being 21+, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Background investigation will be conducted as a condition of employment.
• Drug screen may be required; licensing may be required by state.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, staff and visitors by executing site-specific procedures and access control duties.
• Respond to incidents calmly, document observations, and share details with site contacts and leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, including offices and perimeter locations.
• Monitor entrances/exits and restricted areas to support authorized access and policy adherence.
• Deter unauthorized activity through visible presence and consistent patrols.
