Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of law enforcement experience, 2 years of security-related supervisor/manager experience, or 3 years of security-related experience.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background investigation as required by law.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories as allowed by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors while following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and escalate per site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, warehouses, offices, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials; report suspicious conditions or violations.
• Document patrols, incidents, and daily activities; communicate information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
