Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed positions.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check, drug screen, licensing requirements per state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and contractors while following site policies and procedures.
• Carry out regular unarmed patrols of offices, common areas, parking areas, and surrounding perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity per site protocols and report concerns.
• Respond to incidents calmly and document actions with clear reports.
• Prepare accurate activity and incident reports for Allied Universal leadership.
