Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Part Time Unarmed Patrol Customer Care in Newtown, PA. The role emphasizes customer service while patrolling and monitoring access points, documenting observations, and supporting site security procedures.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of technology-related facilities, offices, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and security-related incidents to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
• Document patrol activity, incidents, and observations accurately in accordance with site-specific reporting procedures.
