Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Able to use a computer or tablet.
• Guard Card or license preferred.
• Alarm panel and access control experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors per site policies.
• Conduct regular patrols of facilities, perimeters, parking areas, and designated equipment areas.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity to deter unauthorized entry.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations following established procedures.
• Document patrols, incidents, and observations and report to leadership.
