Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer (Unarmed Computer Patrol) in Winchester, VA. Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• A background investigation is required under federal, state, and local laws.
• A drug screen is required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel by following security procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of facilities to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
• Monitor access by verifying credentials and maintaining visitor/contractor entry procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting actions.
• Complete daily activity and incident reports and communicate observations to site leadership.
