Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check conducted as per applicable laws.
• Company may consider applicants with criminal histories per law.
• As a condition of employment, a drug screen may be required.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors per procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of facilities and perimeters, report unusual activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity to deter unauthorized entry.
• Respond calmly to incidents and alarms following procedures.
• Document patrols, incidents, and observations for leadership.
