Qualifications

Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation and drug screen as required by law.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and employees by following site security procedures and emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas to deter incidents.
Monitor access points, verify visitor authorization, and report access concerns per site procedures.
Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, professional manner and document activities.
Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports as required.
