Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and vendors by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor/contractor authorization, and maintain activity logs.
• Respond to incidents calmly and document events as required.
• Conduct regular and random patrols to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
• Observe and report maintenance issues and hazards to site management.
