Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer in Antioch, CA, to provide high-quality customer service, perform roving/unarmed patrols of retail spaces, and ensure safety. The role requires a valid driver’s license and a willingness to work night shifts as a roving driver, with a schedule that supports the claims platform for additional shifts.

• Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and store personnel while following site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols to deter incidents and identify security concerns.
• Communicate clearly with visitors and team members; respond calmly to incidents.
• Monitor access points and report hazards, suspicious activity, or policy violations.
• Prepare accurate reports documenting patrols and incidents.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/store personnel by carrying out security procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols in retail environments and surrounding areas.
• Respond to incidents and concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner and notify appropriate personnel.
• Maintain an orderly environment by monitoring access points and reporting hazards.
• Prepare reports and maintain documentation of patrol observations and activities.
