Job summary

Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company, is seeking a part-time Security Guard (Unarmed Patrol Driver) in Antioch, CA. The role involves patrolling a retail property, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a visible security presence to deter incidents.

Qualified candidates will have a valid driver’s license, be at least 18 years old (21+ for armed roles), and pass background checks and drug screening as required.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Be attentive and responsive to incidents and emergencies following site procedures.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with driver policy requirements.
• Background check and drug screen required by policy.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and/or vendors during security operations at a retail property.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas to deter incidents.
• Respond to incidents and concerns in a calm, professional manner.
• Monitor access points and report unusual conditions and maintenance issues.
• Complete daily activity reports and shift communications according to site requirements.
