Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to customers, visitors, and staff by following site-specific procedures and safety practices.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of store, parking areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter to deter misconduct.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity or safety concerns to management.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, professional manner and follow site procedures.
• Document incidents and patrols accurately and communicate information to leadership.
