Allied Universal is hiring a Part-Time Security Officer (Unarmed Patrol Driver Route Audits) for Rancho Palos Verdes, CA. You will perform unarmed patrols, protect residents, and maintain a friendly, secure environment while driving as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and visitors while carrying out site-specific procedures and security responsibilities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential grounds, common areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access to the residential community, verify visitor and vendor authorization per site policies, and document activity and incidents.
• Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, alarms, and resident concerns according to emergency procedures.
• Communicate with residents, staff, law enforcement, and emergency responders as needed; escalate concerns through proper channels.
