Job summary

Allied Universal in Dallas, TX is seeking a Part Time Driver Patrol Officer to provide security for distribution facilities and clients. You will perform routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to deter incidents, verify credentials, and support a welcoming environment for employees and drivers.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, is 18+ for unarmed positions (21+ for armed), and includes a background check and drug screening per policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by following security procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of distribution facilities, loading areas, parking areas, access points and perimeter.
• Monitor access, verify visitor and driver credentials, and maintain logs and records.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and report as required.
• Observe shipping and receiving activity, manage vehicle/pedestrian flow, report policy violations or damage.
