Allied Universal is seeking an Armed Security Officer (Part Time Patrol Response) in Dallas, TX. You will perform routine armed patrols, monitor access points, and respond to security-related concerns while delivering professional customer service on a manufacturing and industrial site.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Texas Level III Armed Certification is required.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• An armed guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors while carrying out security-related procedures and incident response.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of buildings, production areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to deter unauthorized access.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, professional manner following site protocols.
• Monitor access control points and verify visitor/contractor authorization; document observations and patrol activity.
• Carry and maintain assigned equipment, including an authorized firearm, in accordance with laws and policy.
