Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer (Part Time Unarmed Patrol Driver Coordination) in Wilmington, DE. You will perform security patrols, monitor access, and maintain a visible presence at a chemical/petrochemical site, while delivering excellent customer service.

A valid driver’s license is required for driving duties; flexible schedule is offered with shifts and a focus on safety and integrity. Pay is $18.39 per hour with a part-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility buildings, access points, parking areas, and perimeter areas at a chemical and petrochemical location.
• Monitor for unauthorized access, unusual activity, and potential hazards, and report observations through established site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific emergency response protocols.
• Complete patrol logs, incident reports, and other required documentation accurately and promptly.
