Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and access concerns calmly, notifying appropriate contacts or emergency services as directed.
• Conduct regular patrols of office spaces, common areas, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry/exit activity, verify visitor access, and document incident, patrol, and access-related information.
• Support a professional workplace by communicating clearly with site personnel and following post orders.
