Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff with site-specific procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interiors, exteriors, parking areas and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and report maintenance or security concerns.
• Complete daily activity and incident reports and handoffs per site procedures.
