Allied Universal, a leading security services provider, is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer Unarmed Patrol in Smithton, PA. You will monitor assigned areas, deter incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service to clients and shoppers.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and store team members while carrying out security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond calmly to incidents and concerns following site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the retail floor, entrances, exterior areas, and perimeter to identify unusual activity.
• Monitor access points to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a welcoming environment for shoppers and staff.
• Document incidents and patrol activities clearly and communicate with site leadership.
