Allied Universal in Jonestown, PA is seeking a part-time unarmed Security Officer for property patrol. You will monitor assigned areas, deter incidents, and deliver friendly customer service to shoppers and staff. Shifts Sat and Sun 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM, pay rate $15.91 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Licensing as required by state/local laws.
• Driver's license required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store personnel while carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail sales areas, entrances, loading areas, parking locations, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe customer and employee activity for potential security-related concerns, reporting unusual conditions to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
• Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation accurately and promptly.
