Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by federal, state and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and visitors while following site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols throughout the retail location including sales areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Observe and report unusual activity or security-related concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents in a calm, professional manner and document observations accurately.
• Help deter theft and unauthorized access through a visible presence and adherence to site procedures.
