Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer Enhanced at a luxury retail site in Minneapolis, MN. The role provides flexible fixed shifts with opportunities to pick up additional shifts through our scheduling platform, and it offers reliable hours while supporting a path toward a full-time schedule.

You will deliver customer service, perform security procedures, patrol assigned areas, and respond calmly to incidents.

Qualifications

Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Background investigation will be conducted as required by laws.
Drug screen will be required where permitted by law.
Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service while carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the site, including sales areas and entrances.
Observe and report unusual activity, policy violations, and hazards to site contacts and leadership.
Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and following site protocols.
Assist customers and staff with directions and general inquiries to maintain a welcoming environment.
