Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and vendors following security procedures.
Respond to incidents and access-control concerns calmly and escalate as needed.
Conduct regular unarmed patrols of media office spaces, common areas, and perimeter.
Monitor for unusual activity and document observations to deter unauthorized access.
Support visitor management and maintain a professional presence in a fast-paced location.
