Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• A background check and drug screen will be conducted.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and employees by carrying out security procedures and policies in a commercial office environment.
• Respond to incidents and access concerns calmly and escalate as directed by site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of office floors, common areas, building entrances, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and maintain logs and incident reports.
• Communicate professionally with building management, tenants, vendors, and emergency responders.
