Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and guests by following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and safety concerns in a calm, professional manner according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, offices, common areas, parking lots, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, reporting irregularities to site leadership.
• Prepare accurate activity, incident, and patrol reports and communicate with site personnel and emergency responders.
