Job summary

Allied Universal in Ashburn, VA is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer (Unarmed) to safeguard clients across commercial real estate sites. You will patrol, monitor access, deter incidents, and assist tenants and visitors with customer service.

You must meet minimum requirements and may hold a guard card; CPR/First Aid certification is preferred. The role offers a flexible weekend schedule with pay at $23.36 per hour.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors and clients while following site-specific procedures.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, professional manner and document actions.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interiors, exteriors, parking and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization; report issues to site contacts.
• Maintain accurate logs and shift communications, providing a professional presence.
