Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a manufacturing and industrial location by following site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, access points, parking areas, and facility perimeter.
• Monitor access by verifying credentials and directing authorized personnel.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, controlled manner and escalate as needed.
• Prepare clear reports and maintain patrol and incident logs.
