Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Full Time Security Officer in Monroe, NC. The role involves providing customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while following site-specific procedures and emergency responses.

Selected candidate will perform regular unarmed patrols, monitor access points, and document incidents and observations. The schedule is Mon- Fri, 10:00 PM–06:00 AM, with benefits and growth opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license as per policy requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required under federal, state and local laws.
• Criminal history considered consistent with applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors and contractors while following site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization, maintaining records.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms and medical events and notify leadership.
• Document observations and maintenance concerns clearly and promptly.
